Installation Service Terms and Conditions - Wasla Store 🛠️

In order to guarantee you the best experience and the highest quality, we would like to explain the terms of the installation service:

📍 Scope of service:

• Installation service is only available within the following cities:
  ✅ Makkah
  ✅ Jamoum
  ✅ Taif
  ✅ Jeddah

🚫 Installation outside of these areas is not currently available, but we will soon be expanding our coverage!

⏰ Installation dates:

• The customer is contacted to schedule the installation within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
• Installation is done during normal business hours (Saturday through Thursday - 10am to 6pm).
• If the customer is not available for the scheduled appointment, the appointment can be rescheduled once free of charge.

💰 Fees and payment terms:

• The cost of installation is calculated for each device individually and will be clarified before confirming the order.
• In case of additional work (such as wiring, or installation at very high places), additional fees may be charged after inspection.
• Payment is made electronically through the store or in cash when the customer orders any third-party add-ons.

⚠️ Important notes:

• The site must be ready for installation (electricity, internet, or a suitable installation location).
• Installation includes turning on the device, connecting it to the app, and making sure it's 100% ready.
• Wasla Store is not responsible for malfunctions resulting from misuse or modification of the installation without the knowledge of the technical team.
