Return and exchange period

The customer can request a return or exchange of the product within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  1. The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and original, undamaged packaging.
  2. Attach the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  3. Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
  1. Products that have been custom ordered or customized to the customer’s liking.
  2. Opened or used products, such as cameras or networking devices, if they do not have a manufacturing defect.
  3. Programs or digital products that have been activated.
  1. If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the store is responsible for all shipping and return costs.
  2. Customer service must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos or video showing the defect.
  1. The customer can submit a return or exchange request via the “Contact Us” page or through customer service.
  2. After reviewing the order, a shipping representative is sent to pick up the product within 2-5 business days.
  1. Refunds will be made by the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 5 to 14 business days from the date of return approval.
  2. In case of cash on delivery, the transfer is made to the bank account provided by the customer.
