Warranty policy

AtAl Hejaz Security Surveillance, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service to our customers. In line with the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we explain to our valued customers the warranty policy for our products as follows:

  • Most products offered in our store include a one-year (12-month ) limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the purchase invoice or product description.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.
  • Security cameras (wired and wireless).

  • Surveillance and recording systems (DVR/NVR).

  • Smart devices connected to the home, such as network devices, sensors, alarms, and smart doorbells.

Because solar cameras rely on battery and solar power, their warranty includes the following:

  • The battery is only guaranteed for 6 months against manufacturing defects.

  • The solar panel and camera module are guaranteed for one year provided proper use and the device is not exposed to an unsuitable operating environment.

  • Damages caused by:

    • Excessively high temperatures.

    • Misuse or improper installation.

    • Expose the camera to heavy water or wet conditions above the manufacturer’s recommended limit.

The warranty does not cover failures caused by:

  • Misuse, neglect, or tampering with the product.

  • Installation or maintenance by unauthorized parties.

  • Natural disasters such as lightning strikes or floods.

  • Damage due to unsafe transportation or use of non-original accessories.

  • The original purchase invoice must be presented when requesting warranty service.

  • The product must not have been opened or modified by a third party.

  • The store has the right to inspect the product and ascertain the cause of the malfunction before deciding on replacement or repair.

  • If a manufacturing defect is found:

    • Repair or replace the product depending on the condition and availability of parts.

    • The store is not responsible for loss of data or recordings stored in the device.

We are happy to provide technical support through our official channels, including:

  • Guidance in installation and use.

  • Help resolve minor issues remotely.

  • In-warranty maintenance or replacement services (as applicable).
