Delivery time

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
Delivery usually takes between 2 to 7 business days depending on the customer’s location and the nature of the order.
Our official working days are Sunday through Thursday (excluding public holidays).
Shipping charges are automatically calculated when the order is finalized based on the weight of the products and the customer’s location.
Special offers or free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain amount, and will be made clear in in-store promotions.
After the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number via email or text message to enable them to track the status of the shipment in real time.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and detailed shipping address. The store will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries caused by an error in the address.
If delivery is not possible due to absence or non-response, the customer will be contacted to reschedule. In the event of a repeat failure, the order may be canceled or additional charges may apply.
We carefully track all shipments with our partners, but in the event of a delayed or lost shipment, please contact customer service within 7 business days of the shipment date for verification and action.
Please make sure the package is intact upon receipt before signing for it. If there is any visible damage, inform the delivery person immediately and refuse delivery with a note to Customer Service.
